Shenandoah Beerwerks Trail Receives Virginia Tourism Corporation Grant

Richmond -- Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that Shenandoah Beerwerks Trail received $22,230 from the Virginia Tourism Corporation Marketing Leverage Program grant fund. In total VTC awarded more than $967,000 for 50 tourism marketing projects across the state to help increase visitation and revenue for Virginia’s localities through tourism.

Waynesboro Receives $216,500 VBRSP Grant

WAYNESBORO, VA- The Waynesboro Economic Development Authority has been awarded a $216,500 grant as part of the Virginia Business Ready Sites Program (VBRSP).  The program is designed to assist communities in preparing industrial or commercial sites for new business.  The grant will help offset the water and sewer design engineering work slated to begin later this summer at Waynesboro’s Nature’s Crossing Technology Center.
